Commercial Contract Risk Management
The tight economic conditions in the Middle East have increased the risk arising out of contracts that were negotiated in better times. Hence it is important for contract drafters to be able to construct strong and air tight contracts that will place their organisation in a more favourable position if the need arises.
With increased economic pressures comes the need to either relook at existing contracts or draft new ones which reflect the short and long term financial objectives of the organisation. With these in mind, this marcusevans training “Contract Risk Master Class” has been developed to ensure that the needs of practitioners in the region are met through a unique blend of theory and practice. Pressing issues facing practitioners in the region including successful contract negotiation, effective drafting and negotiation and dispute resolution will be covered in detail.
This training will provide practitioners with an avenue to develop the foundations for skills which will help them not only become better contract managers; but also create best practices to develop organisational value through prevention of loopholes and ineffective management of the entire contract risk chain.
